You have a legal right to cancel your order for physical goods within 14 days, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. You do not have to give a reason.
You may use this form if you wish, but you do not have to. You can also cancel by sending me a clear statement by email at victoria@dragonflypsychotherapy.co.uk, or by post to the address below. Whichever method you use, please make sure I receive your cancellation before the 14-day period ends.
Note on digital downloads: where you asked for a digital download to be made available immediately and ticked the box at checkout to confirm this, you waived your right to cancel that download, so this form does not apply to it. Full details are in section 9 of the Shop Terms and Conditions.

What happens next
	•	On receiving your cancellation, I will email you to confirm I have received it.
	•	You then need to return the goods to me, in their original resaleable condition, within 14 days of telling me you wish to cancel.
	•	You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless they are faulty or not as described. I recommend a tracked postal service, as I cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
	•	I will refund the price you paid, plus the cost of standard delivery to you, within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or, if earlier, from the day you provide evidence you have sent them). Refunds are made using your original payment method.
